Olean is blessed with some very nice neighborhoods..but one of my favorites is Boardmanville.
The houses are classic, the streets are lined with shady maples, the elementary school is right there and with but a few more steps you can be on the golf course.

QuickTime VR enables viewers to explore virtual worlds using nothing more than a computer and mouse -- no cumbersome goggles, headsets or gloves required. Over time we will be adding more places to our Virtual Tours.
